Billing and Payment Terms
- All recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Your first payment covers the initial month of service.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew each month on the same date as the original purchase, and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@elitewebmaintenance.net. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no refunds will be given for the current billing month.
- One‑time services (if any) are invoiced as a single payment and will not recur.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice via email. Changes will not affect current billing cycles.
Service Delivery
We will begin work within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment confirmation. All maintenance tasks, updates, and reports are performed remotely. No physical goods or software will be shipped to you.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your website URL, login credentials (if required), and contact details. You must ensure that you have the legal right to modify the website you submit to us. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or fail to make timely payments.
- Upon termination, we will cease all maintenance activities, and you will retain full control of your website and hosting (unless you have engaged us for hosting management, in which case we will provide transfer assistance).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Web Maintenance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Web Maintenance LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
